Positive: Imago hotel really exceeded our expectations. It provided very comfortable and clean room, kind and patient staff able to answer all our queries, excellent food and a beautiful view of the lake. It has an incredible spa and heated pool with availability of message on demand, perfect for the afternoon after tiring trekking and glacier expedition. Also a shuttle that can take you to the centre for free. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we recommend it to all.
